Pretty much. I think I'm gonna start buying more tools like a nice band saw cause don't get me wrong a chopsaw is nice but damn it's like welding without gas and then with. Just sooo much cleaner and a nice drill press. The corolla isn't that big of a money pit cause alot of the money is suspension ---- since the engine that bad but definitely not something I want to sink money into at all. It's just gonna get a header and new clutch and flywheel and a LSD and call it a day. Gotta check out Web cams and see if they do regrinds on 4age cams cause these things aren't cheap and it's just like the big jdm names that make them too so right there the price is out of the roof. I just have to get the Volvo running and thats gonna need a new snail since it's spitting out oil and leaking like a faucet.
As for the welder since I"ll have some money I'll get a Smiley/Mitec arc/tig/plasma unit
that I'm watching on ebayl. Since parts are soo much I"ll just start making my own ----. I have a rear triangular strut bar I made for the hatch already but just waiting for the paint to dry. It's pretty nice if I have to say for myself. I'll post pics once I'm done. Screw almost 300 for a damn cusco version of it and make my own 4 link and panhard along with alot of other susp. bits that are wayyyyyy overpriced.

I thought about a 20V since when I bought my jdm D15b vtec from SOKO in chicago they had about 6 silvertops there too. I may call them up on monday if their open and get a price. It shouldn't be too bad since they only sell longblocks and nothing else so I'd have to buy piece by piece and their really cheap on their engines and you can pick out the engine yourself. Pretty much a long term project that wouldn't crankover till the stealth shuttle could move under it's own power. :P If their under 500 I'll pick one up for sure and just sell my seat to cover some of the cost.

I may toss the rewinds on the corolla evryonce and awhile and be a wheel ----- and roll on different wheels like every other week. Really though, it's gonna be mostly spent on
TIG-500
TIG Supplies-200
Clutch and flywheel for corolla
pricing out 20V's
any cali people ever heard of this place?
http://www.jprmotor.com/product_info.php?products_id=33
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-T...spagenameZWD1V
Pretty tempting for 675 shipped on their site.

I think my 1400(giving my wife 300 to cover some bills) will just go to a TIG, tank, regulator(mount up! ) rods... and a 20V. I won't need to buy a header cause with the TIG I can just mod the stocker tubular header that comes on the 20v's and just make a lower half of the header. Once again I have the money spents before I even get it! lol.

20v is teh sex. You care about A/C or P/S? If not, they're easy as hell to drop right in. Gotta love 20 valves and ITB from the factory

I was reading up on Club4ag about how to keep the p/s and ac and I have to use the 16v crank pulley and have it machined 3mm on the back in order to be able to keep all the accessories.
