I got a Emachines thats upgraded with alot of ---- and has office I'd sell you for cheap!

That doesn't tell us a whole lot. What did you get, and for how much? Bonus if you take pictures of the computer... but if you can't we'd probably prefer **** anyway.

i got a acer laptop from there on the cheap. ive owned alot of dells, ibm's , some others, actually like this one the best

My dad recently bought a laptop with Vista. I don't like it, but I didn't like XP at first either. He either got a virus or had a bug or something, but his computer would pop up the "help & security" help thing for windows, and it would crash, and then after you closed it would pop back up, and crash, over and over. Had to reformat.

You could have bought the parts and built a nice usable xp computer for $200-300.
