For it not to be entrapment you have to engage in the act first, example..
A cop pretending to be a hooker can't flag you down and say " i'll do whatever for 5 dollars" Thats entrapment because you might be tempted to do something you might normally not think of doing.Now if you see her walking and stop and offer her money for sex your done.Thats my understanding of it
Kinda the same thing,they don't go into chatrooms and message guys.The guys message them,then they say their 12 or whatever and if the guy stoped talking right there and then that would be the end of it.Some of the guys just seem like they fucked up just this one time when they saw a picture of a girl whos 22 pretending to be 15 and their 20 so they thought what the hell, but others deserve to be locked up, like the 40 year old guy that walked in and got naked, who swore he never did that before and the next day they set him up again at a mcdonalds.

That still wouldn't cover them in the drug cases. They are selling you a product they are soliciting as an illegal drug. You can't sell baking soda to someone and call it coke. They will lock you up in a second. They will keep on messing around and Chris Hanson is going to walk in one time and catch a bullet.
