yayo... werd to that man. I remeber a while back I got scammed 700 bucks on a laptop deal, ------ ***. And I won't even get into some other deals. It hurts like hell to lose all that money, it still does, but aye, money is there for the taking, you just gotta reach for it.

I'm the same way with cars homie, ---- in less than a year I was billed like 3g's in impound/registration fees for one of the cars I had. The ------ cops kept on impounding my ----. I shoulda just left them cars, ---- the fees were worth more than the car

I wish I could have used this money to make more, but it's been used All these avoidable expenses have been holding me back hardcore, I coulda had my built crx by now.

I havn't been on my grind since the summer and since i stopped working at that mortgage place but when i was there i was just surrounded by people that were hungry and it made it THAT much easier. I'm trying to get into real estate but here in NY it's tough so as soon as i finish up with school it's on like donkey kong. A lot of people don't realize that you don't need a lot of dough to buy a home....i was closing out loans with a little less than 10% down....their credit was A1 though. Thats the kicker. I make it my goal to pay all my bills on time man. Even if it's the min payment it's better than no payment. As for the real estate ---- it really is great-what other kinda of business do you know where you don't have to pay any tax on the first 250gs profit you make?! From what i'v been reading pre-construction is the way to go. You sign the contract and you hold it til it's almost done. Then you dump it.
I'll never EVER forget the most amazing thing i have seen. A client of my boss at the morgage place had a building for sale in a bad part of brooklyn. It was a total piece of ---- needed a lot of work. She wanted 320,000 - 5 apts one store front and 3 garages now thats a ------- deal man. This guy comes along with no money. Signs the contract - a couple months go by and no closing so the lady says the building is mine and my bosses as soon as she can get him out of the contract. All of a sudden this guy comes up with 5000 and change to make good on the past due mortgage payments since the building hasnt been un occupied in the past 2 months. Another month goes by and he says he's ready to close. So alright they go to the closing and this guy sells the contract at the closing table for 415,000. Not bad for a couple hours of actual work and some bullshitting.
You're in cali- which isn't too far from AZ - my boy goes to ASU and has made his father back practically what he spent on school tuition with these types of deals. From what he's been telling me the AZ real estate market is insane. People are just scared because it's a lot of paper work and ----...but imagine the PAPER work you'll be playing with when the deals go through...
From what i'v seen if you wanna make a ---- ton of money fast-you can't be very ethical. I'v seen people scream and bitch and yell at the closing table on some loans - only one of mine did i have this happen...but it's weird to be sitting at the same table as someone and look at them and know that if there werent people in the room they would probably punch you in the mouth. Needless to say that was my last loan...and all the ---- i did to get paid on that was 99% legal and it happens daily....and getting that $3400 check made it all better if i was working there now i would of gotten 7000 because i would be a boss-instead of me paying people they would be paying me.
Sorry for the long post man i'm just saying what i'v seen. read and done. It's diff for everyone but keep in mind that if your making 10grand a month and blowing 8...you're really not even in that good of a position. Unlike a lot of my friends i don't go out to clubs or smoke pot or spend tons of money on clothes and ----. My sister went to college got a sick job but she has like a problem with keeping money in her pocket...financed an acura, signed a lease for an apt with ridiculously high cielings, and spends more money on clothes than i have ever seen. So she pretty much has already spent her money before she gets it.
I'm sure you spend a lot of time on this site if you just cut like a half hour off and educate yourself on something thats profitable and intrests you i don't see why you can't make money.
Again sorry for the long post i just love talking about ---- like this and learning new ways to generate money and anything i'v learned or seen i'll tell anyone...no sense in not sharing.
I'v been reading this book and it's not too bad. Keep in mind that this guy is somewhere around 1.3bil in debt and the banks keep giving him money. Anyone who can sweet talk people that you owe over a billion dollars to, to give you more money-has skills i don't care what you say. Alright thats it hahah i'm fresh out of ---- to say hahhahaha

I too was/am looking into the whole real estate thing shadig. I actually almost bought a town house Irvine for 420k and I only had to put 1% down I left the deposit, they wanted 429, my highest offer was 425, they said no. A month later their price dropped to 419... bitches. Haha, I was gonna go back and put an offer for 375, but I decided I'm too poor right now.

I know the real state market is mad hot right now, money to be made left and right. I've also heard about the property you speak of in AZ, when I get my ---- together I wanna buy a house. Not to live in, just to rent out, have the tenants pay my mortgage, but that may be a good ways away. For now I'm trying to make money legally, but under the table. Right now it's okay, not as good as I like though. But it is a whole lot more satisfying knowing that the money is being made legally and tax free, even though it is more stressful and time consuming than doing it the 'other' way.

I might have to look into that 250k tax free, i wonder if that's in cali too. Hell I'd make the 250, stop and open up shop and maybe do it as a side job. Hmmm... well I guess I'll have to look into that more after school is done.
