Well like the titles says my damn exhaust housing is shut right onto my turbo and i can't get the damn thing loose. All i need to do is rotate the cartridge to were the feed is on top but the damn exhaust housing won't move . I used a penetrating spray and let it soak for a good bit and tapped it ( don't wanna damage the blade ) but no results .If any of you ever had this problem and got it going or have any ideas i would greatly appreciate it .

Hey fiero, I had this problem, but mine came loose after soaking it and then whacking it with a hammer... Maybe you could try to heat up the housing with a torch and then tap it. Oh yeah, and don't hold the turbo in your hands while your heating it!!!

A T3 .60 /.63 As for heating it up with a torch i just tried that today and the bloody thing still won't budge so i figure im stuck with it. There's no other way i can think of to get it to move without screwing something up so im probly going to have to find another way to run the exhaust....oh well

i used pb blaster and a big screwdriver to pop mine apart, pb blaster is the ----

lol pb blaster is what i soaked it with. Im thinking of just running my downpipe through the drivers side top vent ( like 8 inches from the turbo ) who needs a muffler :P
