I think you guys only think you were running from the cops, but they weren't really chasing you. I guess as long as you think you were running it's still a rush.
I just don't understand the concept behind trying to run if you weren't doing anything wrong, but if you were doing something wrong I don't see why the cop was in the wrong.

... plus one of those times the ricer i was racing took the suicide lane and i went drifting into my neighborhood so the ricer took priority over me
