I grew up in Indiana, I have personally watched Gordon and Stewart race long before they got picked up, they are better than 99% of the hometown drivers out there, but they are by no means the best drivers, they just have the best equipment in nascar.

sorry man, im just not a gordon nut swinger. my OPINION is that he is a slightly above average driver in nascar that has the best cars and people around him to make him better than he really is as a driver.
