Dad made the news in Seattle... Kinda cool
Hes a Superintendant for Mid Mountain Contractors.... Specializes in infastructure and underground... Latest project made the news.

******* got a 6 pack at 61... He works out... Alot, I dont... at all...... LOL... Im just lazy...
If I even got off my *** and did anything, id drop alot of weight fast, im just to ------- lazy to do ----... Ill be doing ALOT of wakeboarding and ---- in the next week and a half so im sure ill lose a bit....
Maybe it will kickstart a health regimen.
