Or instead of wasting your money on a shitty setup, then upgrading to a ---- setup, then upgrading to a crap setup... you can just do your research and do it right the first time.

now that you have found the site, use the greddy kit to your advantage and fix it with some good fuel management and make that kit what it could be.
lol, thanks, thats what i'm working on now. i have the DSM 450's, just bought a chipped p28, so when all is said and done the only thing i'll have left on my car from the "greddy" era will be the turbo itself (and mani until i get a lovefab one )

ok the only problem i am having ATM is figuring out the resistor setup with the DSMs... the ones i bought didn't come with a resistor box. people have posted the "how tos" on making your own resistors, but those are over my head honestly.... so i will do some research on how to fix this up. the bottom line is i will be using a resistor box, now i just have to figure out how to wire it up with the DSMs....

looks like i'll be running crome on my p28, so i'll have to find the site for crome and start researching to learn.

the only other question i have is about the fuel pump... would i need to upgrade this NOW if i plan on running 10 psi on this system? or can i make do? this is due to financial constraints, not unwillingness to do it. would i get by on my stocker at 10 psi is basically what i'm asking.

lastly, with my d15b with a cometic head gasket and ARPs, what is the highest safe boost do you think i can run on this engine? thanks....

BBKA isnt just spouting off a stupid opinoin though, its the truth. why would you waste 1)time and 2)money on inferior setups?

actualy engine managment isnt hard at all!

you want a good fuel pump (you'll want this with inferior setups too)

you want a chipped ecu (buy one, or find somebody local to help you, and slip them a few bucks, OR, chip it yoursefl)

you want a burner and the proper software (download the software, and Moates.net has a GREAT kit for first timers at homebrew tuning, OR just find a local guru who has it already! )

you want proper injectors! then tune! usually you can find a local guy to help you with ALL these steps if you look around, and definitely if you offer a few bucks. you might even make friends!

well, i went to xenocron (sp?) and ordered THAT exact EPROM programmer.

now i'm reading up on crome trying to figure out how to use it and make maps..... the pieces are starting to come together. one of your guys here even was kind enough to post a drawing of how to do the resistor thing.... i can't wait till all the stuff comes in, this is going to be fun.
