to make it look not so silly~ u should probably mount ur IC a little closer to the front of your bumper. Idk how u've mounted it, or how hard that would be for u. It's what i did on mine, and it looks like a grill now.

my bumper blocks half my intercooler too. who cares. im sure that made almost no difference unless you like to show off the fact you got a intercooler

The bumper support is definately out. The intercooler goes almost all the way up to the rad support. Im welding in a 1x1 rectangular bar with some gussets on the sides this weekend. BTW, it handles like absolute *** without that in there. At 100+, it wiggles and shakes all over the place.
