Customer Service 101
EMAIL:
I recieved a t3 honda/acura oil line kit from you guys 3 days ago, I go to put it on the car today, and the female fitting on the end of the long oil line has crossthread markings on it, and so does the male fitting it goes onto, this is rediculous and I NEED these parts shipped ASAP with overnight shipping or the fastest you can get them to me to get my car running and back on the road, if not I WILL take legal actions. Included is a picture marked with what is stripped.. If at all possible, for my troubles, I need 2 more of those black allen head bolts shipped to me aswell
RESPONSE:
Jason,
I'd suggest a change of tone with your emails. Brand new parts don't become cross threaded unless someone installs them incorrectly. Sure, I'll send you any new parts that you need, but I'll need the bad parts back to me first in exchange. That's how we handle exchanges, and we don't overnight anything that has been crossthreaded by someone else and claims it's our BRAND NEW hose ends and threads that just happened to be crossthreaded (two sides that go together also) from the factory.

Cliff notes: Homey don't play that.
CUSTOMER RESPONSE:
Look I'm sorry but this is my 7th turbo install, I ordered this kit from you guys because my old oil line developed a hole from sitting on the manifold, the FIRST time I try and screw it on I look in the female end to see that the threads are messed up, that is NOT my fault.. I will be glad to send the damaged items back but this deley is really going to set me back, I daily drive this car and the way I see it, it would be driving today if the line I recieved from you guys wasn't messed up..
MY RESPONSE:
The damaged parts can be sent to:
Stealthmode Performance

CUSTOMER RESPONSE:
Forget it, I went to a local store and bought another -AN line today, can't have anymore downtime.

Re: Customer Service 101
Legal action on a part like that classic I havent gotten one of those reponses in awhile but boy are they fun. Something tells me its 19 year old pimple faced kid living with his mom who works maybe part time at best and didnt finish High School. Watch out for his lawyer he means business.
