well im browzing through ebay and i find this guy is using airtronics car as a pic an im almost positive its airtronics uses a custom coach ic, not the ic that this guy is selling. dam how man guys are using airtronics car iin there ads?

that pic of airtonics was from like a year ago.

its free advertising for them.. if i was on ebay, i would have found pics too.

what can you do about someone taking your pic.. i dont believe that any of them are copywrited?

They are all stolen, from MY web site! And yes there is something I can do about it. Especialy since he is using my pics to sell made in China crap intercoolers and compete with me. Thanks for pointing this out. Now its go time.

In Canada, (i am sure it is pretty much identical in the U.S.) if you create artistic works (Paintings, drawings, sculpture, photographs) that work is copyrighted to the creator. As in this case, person who took the picture. You can, however, establish a copyright grant with someone where they can use your material under the terms of the grant. You do not have to register a copyrighted work, unlike a patent or trademark. From the time of creation, you generally have 50 years or plus life of creator where the "artistic work" is protected.
