Default Crome My Compressor Housing?

I have a buddy who will do it for cheap but i think that I should spend the money on get all the stuff I need to turbo my car first. I just don't like taking all the ---- of and having my car down one more day. But it would look badass. I polished my wastegate actuator a little nad it is really shinny. I have a fettish with shinny things.

Then get some buffing compound and a dremel and polish the compressor housing. I didn't even know you could get chrome to stick to aluminum.

yeah.. the word you are looking for is polished. and what you gotta go get is a 80 grit flapper wheel to take downn all the roughness then you need emry cloth to get in the cracks. then you need a dremel with a flapper wheel to get in the really tight spots. then go through it with every grit sandpaper known to man starting from 1XX and go up to 2000 grit. then you need to get some metal polish. I prefer blue magic and my 12000 rpm angle grinder with a buffing pad on it and you will have some serious mexican chrome.

Yeah you can chrome aluminum. We sell borget bikes where I work and you can get a chrome package and the bikes are mostly aluminum except for the frame and tanks. Everything else is billit.

Chroming involvs diping the item to be chromed in coper first and then nickle. Now its ready for a chrome bath.Thats why chrome rims are so heavy .
