They fired you because of the felony. Since there was an error they would be obligated to allow you to return. The problem is they can fire you a week later for performance issues. But they cant just change their story on the spot. I did some things i really regret about 2 years ago and i paid the price. I paid out the *** for a good lawyer and got everything expunged. My record is as clean as if it never happened.
