You don't gain "muscle" when you take it or lose "muscle" when you stop. It's a waste IMO. It just makes you hold water so you look bigger.

the best thing to do is just eat food that is good for you, and eat alot. i eat about 6-8 times a day, usually rice, chicken fish, salad etc. N 0 explode actually thins ur blood a lil bit and makes feel stronger, doesnt acutally make u stronger or gain/lose muscle. i lift like 3 times a week, each day only doing certain parts of the body and for certain durations of time. once i feel that i am stronger i either increase the amount of weight, or due more reps

Take a multi-vitamin and whey protein. Then start eating lots of good protein (chicken, fish, lean meats, etc...) and don't be scared to carbs, just eat the right kind.

www.bodybuilding.com is all the info you need.

I should lol. Back when I was going to college and working tech support part time I spent all my time reading homemadeturbo.com and bodybuilding.com at work, so I learned quite a bit about turbos and bodybuilding that year.
