just run the cavi into a wall and save the money from the engine.. just my 2 cents.

yes you can do that. esp if you have a first or second gen j-body, but its poss to do it to a 3rd gen also, jsut a lot harder. i know a few who have done it. its not just going to swap in though.

Just keep driving the cav til it dies, when it does burn it and take a video of it and let us all see it
Seriously though with all the experience with GM vehicles I have had over the past few years. They haven't made a good long lasting upgradeable motor in the past 10 years, IMHO

i wouldnt waste the time or money doing it personally. id run it into the ground if its a 1st or 2nd gen.
