i use to design tattoos back in the day. so i think i can help you with your problem, this is just a rough sketch and definitly just the beginning stages, but i think this is going to work for her.

4 Laser treatments at ~$350 a shot. The earlier she starts the better. Hopefully there aren't too many green pigments in the ink.
