that last post about buying a house and stuff i think was taken the wrong way by everyone, all i was saying was that i feels good to have a lot of money in the bank, but it doesn't feel good watching every penny of it go bye bye for a down payment. i guess i should have named the thread "don't buy a house if unless you don't mind seeing 0 in your bank account"

damn son, how much is your rent hell, i'm gonna take out a home equity loan after a while to pay my car off because the interest will be like half of what it is on my car, not to mention i have to have full coverage on my car while it's financed, if i pay it off, i can cancel the insurance on it as well, since i won't be driving much anymore :P i've drove without a license for a while, but now that i'm on intensive probation, if it get caught driving, it's a violation, and i could serve up to 18 mos., ---- that
