The paper is so hard to duplicate because it has linen in it, that's what the pen detects. 25% linen 75% cotton....
The marks on the side of a note are there because when you bring stacks to the bank, they put the ink on the side to touch every bill in the stack.
And it's 15 years... not 30. Probably do 5ish though unless you blow trial.
