the cop will come back and say that he had his siren and ligths on, and it will be his word over your friends. Unless he had witnesses, he might be screwd.

hopefully it will not be that way, but we all know how cops are.

true, but seeing as it is night time, cops typically don't go down the streets blazing the sirens, at least they don't down here. Sorta being courteous. They using blurp it on when coming up on an intersection or what not. Plus the PD don't need this drama, sue the muggers.

but the vid camera that is always on would be able to see his lights in the dark. plus theres a nifty little star character in the vid that blinks when the sirens are going.

same thing happened to my friends mom, shes getting a 6 figure check, but with her it was a mail truck that ran a stop sign, and now shes getting tons of money from the state, disablity, oxycontin for life, vicodin for life, and a fat *** check. he should work that for all its worth, he'll come out on top asnd have it easy for quite some time.
