i got one of those JVC verio digital video cameras and don't want to use the provided software because it's gay. i would like use the clips in windows movie maker because you can add music and cool effects, then use avi to dvd to put it on a disk to use on dvd players. does anybody know a program that converts .MOD and .MOI so i can use them in WMM? preferably something free.

okay just realized that i'm retarded and if i just rename the file to .mpeg it will play in windows media player and windows movie maker.

okay well it seems that they will import but only play as a audio clip.

anybody have a fix for this or know of another program that i can try to make a video with?
