How much was lasik for you folks and did insurance cover any of it?

Next company I'll (hopefully) be working for has free insurance with $0 premiums from bluecross, it'd be sweet if it was covered even partially. I'm just worried about getting someone that's not "good" or have less than optimal results. At least with contacts I can get a new exam or prescription, you're stuck with that for life.

its was 2400 for me and no insurance didnt cover it, its considered "cosmetic". ------- bullshit if you ask me but god damn it takes 5 minutes and the laser/operation is done. 2-3 days later and your seeing like a hawk

Lasik here start at 490$/eye, but I don't know how it can cost total... When I finish school I'll go there for sure!

I always scratch my glasses after a month or two... Insurance pay for lasik partialy. Could be interesting.

My eye wouldn't be tired, but after a day or two they would be damn near impossible to get off.
