yup or workin on your car. and make sure that you are not loged onto the net.. so no pop-ups will bother it.

I see you have Ad-aware and spybot installed, have you updated and run them lately? Spyware can slow a system down.

Sorry Iam a network adminstrator/computer tech. and thats my answer for everything. You ---- it up for yourself I'll fix it. I dont like diagnosing ---- I'll just reformat it and start from there. Most the time in the end its quicker to start over then figure out how the user fucked it up and how to correct it. ---- it takes about an 1hour to reformat and get the updates done.

Yeah, thats true... but the thing is.. Doc Boost once asked where the "erase operating system" button was :P so I wouldn't exactly trust him with formattting
