Computer protection

I have ad-aware, and spybot. Any other good virus/add detectors out there? Any other good, free computer protection programs out there?

you can use linux... no adware/spyware/viruses...

but i know you wont :P , so avg antivirus is what i use on my windows machines. its free, and it works great. i actually have norton and mcafee, which cost money, but i still prefer avg which is free.
