y plates = american plated cars in Japan
if you go to yplatehater.com you will see that this dipshit drives around and takes down info on people in the wrong doing (usually something minor) and then puts it up on his website.
this can (and does) go directly to the MP's, and by their standards can be used against us in the **** traffic court.
