ok, hook up your second monitor. make sure resoluionts are good n what no through ur computer. open windows media player on ur computer, b4 you expand it to full screen... click on the main bar so you can move it around, and drag it ALL THE WAY TO THE RIGHT OFF UR SCREEN, it should end up on ur second screen lol. sounds weird but it works. try it n let me know

well, when i switch to dual monitors all i do is switch the drop down and it works like pro, don't even need to restart the comp or anything


maybe somethings kinked with your settings? or the monitor is f'ed? try switching them and use the 17" as primary, just to see if it works

I set the 17 as primary, and it still didnt work. I think this video card is fucked.

wow. first off... do you wantr an extended desktop? do you want two desktops? what do you want? i dont know man. this is pretty hard to screw up. someone like buk could ---- it up but i dont know. just reboot the computer, and reset the settings, and reboot again. hopefully, this will revert to a stock config and make both monitors display the same desktop.

im pretty sure he wants extended.. wtf is the point of displaying the same thing on 2 monitors (on a home PC that is)

its awesome, as long as you've got everything in the other monitor alt+tab just makes the mouse able to goto the next monitor
