Default computer help

lately i had to install windows xp on a my hard drive because last one crashed
i installed everything i normally install like AVG,YM,ATI,firefox..etc..
and everything is fine but every now and then, through my speakers some radio station or something starts playing loud and clear
when i'm just sitting here and reading stuff on HMT it will start like a good 5 secs of some kind of
broadcast. it happens once a day yesterday it said "i'm andy and i trade forex" like some kind of commercial
that plays on a radio station.

i scanned for viruses and also my AVG didn't pick anything up.

and what ever is doing it starts with windows because when I started my computer and it was at the login screen some music started to play, a small section(5 sec) of a song .

It's your speakers picking up radio broadcasts, it has nothing to do with your software.
Move your amplifier somewhere else.

nice one. I installed AOL and had a similar issue, AOL had sound bites playing every so often like a dog barking or some crazy ----. It was an entertaining afternoon though.

regular volume ... not understanding what could be causing it
i have a radio but its unplugged (just happened again!!! "i believe in excersizing i believe in being fit i believe in being healthy i believe milk is a incredible thing to put in your body" and there was soft music playing in the background. just heard the same thing again

it has to be a program running doing this

i also hear mouse clicks all the time even when i dont click anything it sounds like i'm just clicking away.(that noise you hear when you click a file in windows explorer-not internet- but i think its the same sound)

it sounded like something you might see on cable ....i dont have cable tv but my internet is.....MAYBE the filter is letting some data in
but for the computer to recognize it and convert it into something you can comprehend would be very unlikely?

just go to google and search any one of those that doesnt seem right and there are websites that tell what everything does.
actually type in ndt2.sys, not just ndt2.
