I hate shooting stuff up my my nose for allergies n such but Ive found that Zicam works really well for when I have a cold. There isnt any cure for the common cold but this stuff is freaking awesome for when you are starting to get one or have one. It most def. shortens the duration of the cold.

i always get tylenol cold and sinus or some variation of that, in gel-cap or pill form. they work pretty well. it really only sucks when you wake up in the morning.

If it's a sinus infection go to the doctor and ask for that pill you take for 5 days and then you're done. If it's a sinus infection instead of a cold then you're in for the long haul, that ---- won't go away in a couple days on it's own. I forget what the name of that pill is though.
