COD4 vs HALO3
well, i'm online now with my xbox and have been playing cod4 because i love it as a single player game, but it sucks *** online because you start with crap guns and it is impossible to walk 5 steps without dying. it was really getting me pissed so...
i just tried halo3 once and it seems like more of a level playing field for noobs. the graphics aren't as great, but atleast you can more easily see your opponents.
lmk what fps you guys are all playing on your xbox360.

I play both. They both have great campaigns and great multiplayer, it's just a matter of personal preference.
Can't wait for the new Halo 3 maps being released in a couple weeks
I'll add you as a friend when I get home later tonight. If you ever wanna do some coop missions I'm down, or anything really.

just got a 360 last weekend COD4 is ------- awesome, but yea its kind of hard lol. I think my gamer tag is signorelli21 but you can easily spot me as the guy that just got killed :1
once you get upgrades for weapons how do you equip them? i have unlocked some ---- but it always gives me the default weapon.

COD4 is way better for single player and multi player if you ask me (just started the single player the other day and its awesome, play mostly online though), it really just comes down to what game if more fun for you. I don't even play Halo anymore because all my friends play COD4. I like the fact that you basically have to go through all the guns when you start out online to get promotoed, helps you get better imo. The first time I played I had like 1 or 2 kills and thought I would never get to level 55, now ive did that and already started on prestige mode last night going through all the guns again. The M16 and MP5 area actually pretty good guns too, so I wouldn't say you start out with crap guns, i was able to get at least 10 or more kills in all my first matches at level one when I start on prestige mode. I'm still not very good compared to some 12 year olds, but then again I don't play it 24 hours a day like they do.
Have you unlocked the create a class option? I forget what level that is (maybe Lv5 or so), but that's where you get to choose your weapons and perks, you get to make 5 different classes. So when you play online instead of picking the default "assault" or "spec-ops", etc options, you can choose your own.

cod4 all day. i love first person shooters(huge fan of golden eye for 64) i dont own a box but i play at my boys houses and no offence but its not that hard of a game. game starts - heave a granade or two - shoot - duck and whe you see someone on the radar pop out and buck.
just create your class or what ever its call so you have a gun your comfortable with, pick your perks and its all down hill from there.
dont know the names of my boys but the clan is [FTUS] theres a bunch of them if you ever want a good fight
halo3 was ok but when it first came out i did a coop and it was two fast we got most of the game beat in just a lil while
and since were on the topic of death in games how did every one feel about "army of two" i thought it was kinda cool some of the coop things you can do but it was short and i hate 3rd person
another note rainbow 6 vegas is good ---- like the old ones but cod4 ftw
