But they live right next to me and I see them any day, how do I know they won't snap at any minute and kill me? Therefore "in my mind" they are an imment threat.
Same logic used to kill a bunch of hunters.
Hope I don't get a black jury My point i was attempting to make was that if you where in a similar situation you might also do the same thing. What would you have done whitey, if you where deep in the woods and ran into a party of 6 hunters, which whom presented an imminent danger?

Are you kidding me? Did you forget that Chai Vang (the hunter) admitted that he shot an unarmed man than chased down another one and shot him in the back? Thats not self defense, thats murder. He wasn't found guilty becuase some white jury had it out for some asian but instead he murdered 6 people. What he did wasn't becuase he was a good shot he was offended by what was said so he turned around spraying than chased down the rest of the hunters and murdered them in cold blood.
That gook deserved to die. You need to get your facts straight before you go and admire all these fucked up douchebags playing the racecard and getting people like you to run to their defense.

There is also facts that one party of the hunters shot at Chai Vang, in which he then returned fire. What you described is inline with what the media has portrayed. They did a good job. This goes back to the fact i brought up earlier about high profile cases and how they are normally moved to a different county in order to receive a fair trial.
