Ummm. Skunk2 runs a Civic in the SCCA World Challenge and they do pretty well. They are keeping up with the turbo Protoge's and the RealTime RSX. So, it seems as though your theory is flawed.

if you're really serious about making a civic handle... you need to replace the suspension and things with aftermarket ----. made for "racing".

stock civic's do not handle well and have a lot of body roll. they're not made for racing.

integras and ludes have somewhat stiffer suspension. which makes them A LITTLE better.

Why the F do people think civics are performance/sports cars? They are a good platform and can be made to handle well and verry fast. They are by no means a sports car right out the box.It takes alot of money but with some weight reduction and go fast goodies they are verry fun to drive.

what the ---- are you talking about little boy. ----. traditional SPORTS cars are front engine rear drive or mid engine rear drive. awd can be sports cars but not all of them are.
