Default cheapturbo.com trying to ---- me!

This is the email I just sent cheapturbo after noticing it in my paypal history. I'm glad i used my paypal account and not my real creditcard. Thats one reason I DO like paypal.. its real money, but at least its not connected to my real ----.

Guys, my name is Andrew Shinn and I ordered a 4 bolt flange from you guys:

P/N: "FLANGE1" http://store.yahoo.com/cheapturbo/gart34boltur.html

You have nailed my card *3* times for the 25 bucks.. what gives?

The middle one was denied because at that time I only had 26 bucks in my paypal account (which is what card I used) .. just enough for the flange. Today I put in 75 bucks for another purchase and TO MY SURPRISE it was missing because you guys wacked my card twice!!!

Please let me know what the deal is and what the solution is. If you need to talk to me my work # is 515-457-4307 (direct line) and my cell# is 515-201-9922.

Sincerely,
Andrew Shinn

ken the owner of cheapturbo is a very good guy and I am possitive he will straighten this out right away.. its hard to say what might have caused it.. maybe he was getting a decline message and tried it again when it was really going though.. I am sure he will refund you asap. Calling him will probably be the fastest way to get this resolved.. I believe they have a 1-800 number.

Agreed, just talk to Ken on the phone, through emails/text it always takes longer. But they are good guys.

This may be true.I got double charged over $200 at home depot one time couse the system was down and the chick ran my card twice. It seems like it was a mistake.Call them on the phone.

Sounds like a mistake, just call them. If they give you the runaround or something(which i doubt they will) let me know, its like a 20 min drive for me.

I had a similar thing happen to me. I bought some bike parts at my favorite shop and noticed they charged me twice for the same purchase. I went back a few days later and showed them the reciept and they were all confused. I was the second person to come in and say that. I watched him run the card and he only did it once. Even on the paperwork directly from the credit card machine it was only charged once. They showed me. It was the credit card company ------- up, not the seller. Even if I wouldn't have caught it, the shop wouldn't have seen a penny of it, the credit card company would have. The charges dropped themselves without me having to do anything. I think they realized they fucked up and reversed the charges.
