---- making it fast, it's a stock D series honda. You don't make them "fast" without a good chunk of cash ($1000 or less for an HMT kit).

If I were you I'd start pulling all that rice ---- off there, you're just going to attract thieves and cops, and I garuntee you that your car will not be faster if it is either stolen or impounded. Plus we'll just flame you.

well Im ssumin your a hs kid. Just get an intake,nice exhaust and strip some extra weight. Its not gonna be fast but better than nothin. OH and a tune up is proably in need on that thing

Seafoam the engine....
Sell the ricey stuff get stock parts......
With that money, buy a DPFI to MPFI swap.....
Get the Egay intake.....
and enjoy d15 power......

after that sell it or burn it. If you are not planing on any major mods on the car just save your money for the actual project car....

lol i have the same ----, dpfi four speed d15. i swapped an si motor and tranny. headers intake lightweight crank pulley, its good enough for a daily driver. not track worthy, but its good enough for merging on the highway and enough for about 110 mph on the highway. gets me where im going so im happy. till i boost it that is.

a good running d16 isnt to shabby not super fast but not bad. dpfi is basically pointless to mess with so mpfi is your best bet

sport compact car did an article on this once, get a sawz all, who needs doors, or a roof, or a hatch, it'll make it faster
