the thing about exhaust is you want something that flows the most with the least amount of noise.. having a nappy *** loud exhaust is never cool - IMO. The turbo is a good cheap approach but I've actually seen one of those fail (on a 240 volvo none the less). I forget which dynomax is the best, I think it's the steel one, not the stainless steel universal muffler.. from the CFM ratings it outflows all the rest and promises a quiet ride.. let me know if anybody runs them and how they sound.

well then maybe it's the same generic turbo muffler we are talking about? When I worked at discount auto a few years back we sold them.. I think RandomStrike is running one of those on his teg and his numbers are pretty decent.

I have to replace my muffler. What does that "thrush" one look like? Maybe I'll get that one if it sounds good and doesn't look like a rice cooker

I thought it was called like a turbo muffler and flows really well.. it's like a normal muffler that's not one that has a tip. Fits perfect for your cars that aren't designed with a muffler that points out.. like say a 2g integra.

Thats basically the same muffler I have, just a ripoff version. I have a Apexi N1 80mm. Sounds pretty good. That muffler would look pretty good flat black, highly doubt it would burn off with some high temp engine paint.

Remember its 30 bucks to ship that gay ******, thats how they get their money on those auctions.

ahhh, yes... 30 bucks. Doubt it's even that heavy. I tried looking for that damn muffler at autozone. Not there. I'll try some of the others I guess.

I've heard that as long as your running some sort of FI then you can't beat a pair of thrush glass packs. Their cheep as ---- and w/ the turbo they sound pretty good imo.
