I say try to get labeled as totaled. Get the money for it, buy back the car and fix it. It'll have a salvage title but hey you get cash.
If you just want to have the insurance company fix it, I advise YOU pick where it gets fixed. Or what I have done is take the money (request a check instead of them fixing it) and fix it else where for a whole lot cheaper and you get to keep the change
And make sure the frame isn't affected. Damage doesn't look bad, but I'd still try and get it labeled totaled, I don't trust an engine bay getting crushed in.
