Yes, I understand that. Getting into a wreck isnt exactly the thing to do for money due to rates on both sides. I am fairly honest and I dont plan on milking anything. The only thing I want out of this is for my car to be fixed, painted in the rear, and to be wingless. No totaling out, nobody to get really screw, just everybody go on their marry way without much complication. I dont enjoy drama, and this is exactly what a wreck is, at least on my part.

you dont understand how insrance works in BAMA. if you are hit from behind it is the person that hit you fault no matter what. they pay for all damages to your vehicle.

Maybe the wing will fly off while your driving to my house this weekend. anywho its better than Chris launcing his MR2 of a 200 foot inbankment onto the interstate.......

but yeah you can tell it was a truck. and you said there was damdge to the quarter pannel and said it needed replacing? i dont see any damage. ok im going to come to your house during my lunch tomorrow and ill look for myself. and another thiing, your main subframe isnt hurt at all. you were hit very high in the rear. so just some creatiive torching and bending should get that out.

Living in the dc metro area, this is probably whats going to happen to me.. since ppl out here dont know how to freakin drive.. I think that there has not been a day where a I manage to avoid getting side swipe by ppl out hrere, while they are on their cell phones.

But to the case at hand, I hope that you alright.. from the accident, and it is always better to be safe than sorry, I mean after all this is your health. GL

man, that suck's! I've wreck'd a car before, total'd mine and total'd the other guy's 99 S-10 and my liability ins. only went up $150 a year.
