Default car insurance

i drive a 96 grand prix coupe as of now. I want to drive my civic as a daily driver now. I would like some input on the best way to go about this. I am a minor and still under my parents insurance. would it be better to insure the civic and the gp, or take the gp off. I really dont wanna drive the gp anyways, but i have been told that i cannot just drop the insurance than begin it again if the civic blows. What should i do>im a poor *** mother ****** and cant insure all my vehicles, unless i can do it for cheap.??

just get insurance on the civic cause u need it to get regestration and new plates and what not..then cancel insurance on the gp..

ittl still be regestered.. and titles and plates still valid.. so just drive it..

just drive safely.. but if a cop pulls u over for some reason.. ull still have proof of insurance.. but if he gives u trouble for some reason..

go to court.. tell them it was a missunderstanding and that you told the insurance company to insure the gp too and not to cancel.. yet they did it anyways..

oh and if u get into a major car accident with an uninsured vehicle. ur fucked

bad advise. DO NOT drive w/o insurance. It protects you and the people you may or may not hit. Do not do what he said.

IMO. if you dont want to drive the GP take its insurance off and.. well. Dont drive it! :P

if you wanna have it still ready, put one of them on occasional only.

if your on your parents insurance, then have them put the gp on there insurance and you go get separate insurance on the civic. i go through texas state low cost and mine is like 75 a month. with the gp on your parents insurance you could still drive it on occasion. and its a civic, so if something goes wrong, its down like a week tops. so you should be good to go.
