Since when do you have to be accepted or approved to get a dog?? And docking a dog's tail isn't good...It messes with their center of gravity(i.e. ***** with their balance)...

What do you mean since when? You probably don't have to deal with it buying some farm dogs or some bootleg ---- like that. Their tails mess with their balance....what ---- you smoking? The majority of animals use their tails for balance. Damn you GOD!
