yah i got my brother mani on his talon to glow but not quite as bright as that was manly cause it was cast and not tubular

I got my old y7/t3 manifold glowing pretty good...I also had header wrap on it too! Held that ---- in pretty good and was cherry red for awhile after I shut the car off. No EGT gauge but suprisingly I didn't blow out or melt any pistons with that setup. lol. Just spun a bearing at it was a y7 so it's time was coming.

I got mine like that before one night while street tuning when I used to use the blox cast iron manifold, it was so bright I thought I messed up something, egt was only in the 1600* and AFR was 11.9-12.1 I was worried, but its still good.

my manifold was glowing reallly good after i had problems with my built motor, i suspect it was caused by too much ignition retard

I haven't made my turbo mani glow that i know of, but when I swapped to fuel injection and the bearing was bad in the new distributor and the car wouldn't quite run right, so I had to keep moving the distributor around to get it to run and the header started to glow at the bends where it turns down and the bend in the down pipe where it turn to the back of the car. Then i shut it down and went and got a new distributor.
