I took mine cat off and ran a 16.1, it doesn't work. I blame my cat.

holy ----, this guys totally right, i took off my cat and dynoed my car and it put down almost 200 hp on my N/A accord. i couldn't keep my head of my headrest

black_del_slo, i think you deserve to be flamed for this one, the gains are only minimal in the top end

well actually if your cat is plugged casuse its old, then removing it or gutting it can help alot.

the only reason i see to take it off is to reduce turbo lag . besides that it just makes your exhaust loud and gay, theres no point to it.

i took it off cause it blocked up and would turn red after a while

Final answer, it does give you a litle more, but not much. Now when you go turbo, you will already have taken it out, so good for you, Now you know there's a go turbo before 400 post rule here right?






















J/k it was suggested one time I think, but not real. Go turbo soon and you will prove your not a ricer.

im all set to go turbo but mani i had was hitting my raditor so im selling it on egay and buying a log style mani ,if it gets here by friday im boosting on saturday
