Can I test my gauges?

This really sucks, I cant figure out whats wrong. This new gauge cluster I bought for my 93 Civic ex that came out of another 93 ex isnt working. The guy I bought it from said it was working fine when he took it out. When I put the JDM cluster back in my car to day, it works fine. Is there a way to test it out? The only thing not working is the speedometer.

sounds like you just answered youre own question...if one works in there and the other doesnt...then id say it doesnt work...

It might be your VSS cable.
