My grandparents have a little spot on the soundside of the outer banks and the trailer is only like 8 years old and has had the plumbing redone which left a whole in the wall, a few things that were screwed into the wall have come out leaving a hole twice the size behind and you can see daylight in certain spots where walls meet floors.

Dope spot to get away for a bit but couldnt imagine living in one.

They have their use, however. A 3-4 year old repo can be had for el cheap, especially in the current economy, and it's impossible to finance a chunk of land that doesn't have a house... or trailer... attached to it.
