I thought about buying a trailer but rental spaces here suck like 400+ a month. Houses are diving down to 60-80k range cheaper to own a house than a singlewide :1

I was thinking one of the posh mountainside developments that ignorant Northerners/Californians buy... be funny to squat on a back corner and then enforce a right of way across their front yard when I take the property from them.
