Turbodelsolman

I was wondering, how much of a diference does this really make on a d16z6 turbo? I have heard people say that it is awesome with v-tec but people seem to be talkin out of their ***.

Also, How hard is it to install this, and whats a good brand/pricerange. Thanks.
