Default Call me crazy

Doing some experiments which I will reveal later
I have a couple questions.

Im working on a project that will be powered by my old D16A6

what all is needed for it to run correctly outside of a crx?
rking on a project that will be powered by my old D16A6?

its mounted on a frame.
Ive got a pm6 fuel pump wired and a gas tank

what else will be needed?
will the vehicle speed sensors and such affect this?

you need everything a computer would need to operate. So yeas every sensor that came on the engine orignally, proberly a tranny (maby maby not)and a wire loom from a CRX or whatever ECU you will be running on it.

ok, crazy guy. I think you'll have a better Idea if you leave the engine in the car, and take the car away. Just think about the things that don't power the car, and take em' out.

I wanted to do the same thing...Maybe will still do it with a high comp D15B7 with MPFI. that I have in my shed...You just need the engine no tranny ..need every component starter, alternator etc.. the ecu...wires etc.. battery a fuel cell and fuel pump. So the whole engine with all the parts sensors etc...fuel cell feul pump everyhting connected and it should start....just hot wire it, or if you want to make it simle put an ignition switch on it or a start button. You can put the gauge cluster to monitor RPM etc if you want.
