Dude shut up. There are like 5 people including you that play ps3 online, so who cares if it's free. A year for xbox live is only 50 bucks anyways. Most of us also don't have 60 inch 1080p TV's with huge surround system, so yeah blu ray isn't a big deal.

For gaming the xbox 360 is better period, the ps3 is way overrated/overhyped.

Without spending a cent you can equip a new 360 with a webcam, and two keyboards and you have 8-12 months free off ONE round of walmart swaps. Plus for any dipshit that does have to break down and pay for it, it's less than $3.50 a day for the best service going.

Both HD DVD and BLue Ray use the same MPEG-2 and H.264/MPEG-4 AVC codes.
So the picture is identical you god damned moron. (btw I think they both suck until they're cheap. when they're cheap i hope blue ray wins on the basis on more data a disk. Which isn't a problem for movies or games so that's moot. only large **** bins & total hard drive backups)

I don't have an HDTV yet or a need for 120 gigs, ill save the 100 bucks for a game and extra controller.
