buying 90 si civic for 200$

Default buying 90 si civic for 200$

ok im buying a civic off a freind for 200$. but it has over 200K and smokes realy bad he also toke out the si trany and throw in a dx trany. should i even buy it or keep looking

my plane is to get an si tranny . and stock rebuild the d16 and diy hmt turbo it in spare time and money just for the hell of it all for under 1500 the diy turbo parts i got pretty much everything ill need + some things

best thing is i get a free gas powerd r/c truck sitting in the back of the car hell yeah

no thats overpriced he should pay you 500 to take it. Then procced to drive the vehicle off a cliff

definitely, 200 is not worth it.

i think 200$ is a great deal on it civic si hatch back i mean ---- i paid 2500 for my old stock 91 auto dx god did i get riped what i didnt know then that i know now. the car looks mint i just got to get it b4 my buddy buys it and drops is wreacked teg engine in to it.

nope its fare from socal. but the gas powerd truck is worth about 300$ on egay lol so its a win win deal lol

haha funny but im geting it in a week or 2 so ill get pics up of it asap stuff i know for shure is wrong with it

non si tranny
bad piston rings
flat tire /bad tires
rusted out muffler
some bad body rust in a few spots
200+miles on the car

so i think its going to be a on the side project for a 1year or 2 it will be my 3rd project in my drive way and last on my list so updates on it will be realy slow lol
