Jago's right, get some forged pistons/rods. I'd also recommend arp head studs and a good headgasket

yeah dude, get a good head gasket, arp head bolts, then pistons n rods is up to you. any forged pistons n rods will get the job done tho. keep it to a decent compression ratio tho. dont head up to high.

for somethign daily, low to mid 9 is cool. stock ls is 9.1-1 n that is so-called ideal for turbo. ur choice tho kiddo. people boost 10-1 or 8.5-1... the lower you go the crappier your car feels out of boost. just ask whitey
