Default Built head pics and Water/Alky injection install

Alright so my next round of upgrades have been finishing the exhaust and getting the built head and getting ready to install it with a custom fitted B16a/B18C5 AEBS typhoon intake mani with an ITR throttle body. The built head has custom valves/springs/retainers and a bunch of port work, it actually came off of Johnny Ortiz's 10 second accord hatch!!. Im going to wait to get a bigger cam and some head studs them im gonna run it. To fit the B16/B18C5 intake manifold all i had to do was redrill about 4 bolt holes and since the ports line up (minor port matching is required to get any kind of performance gain) that was it!

Now for the water alky injection. I used a stage 2 single stage 150psi injection kit from engine runup http://www.enginerunup.com/ it seems to be a very nice kit soo far, and very complete also. I wanted to keep my solenoid and pressure switch and wiring out of the harsh environment of the engine bay to keep them cool and promote reliability as well as look low key so i emptied the old mystery box of all the solenoids and shyt i dont really need anymore, and relocated the map sensor to the other side of the engine bay. Then i took everything and wired it up and zip tied it together in there, or screwed it together, depending on the device. I mounted the pump and reservoir in the trunk and ran the line under the carpet to the front of the car and through a plugged hole in the firewall. The only real modification i made to this kit was that i bought 3 12v lights, one red, one green and one blue. I mounted these in the dash next to my gauge cluster so when the system was powered on, the blue light would light up, and the red light would turn on to indicate it is not spraying. Then when the system hits 10psi boost (or whatever you set it at, the red light comes off and the green light turns on. Its connected to a pressure switch, so if i run out or if the solenoid fails even if the pump is running the red light will light up letting me know somthing is wrong if im in boost. I tried it out on my fubared turbo and it seemed to make a noticeable gain in power but i havent starting tuning or playing with the system yet really, and im running winshield washer fluid.

thanx guys. I put it in the trunk to keep it away from the heat and keep the engine bay less congested

windshield washer fluid is great. I wish everyone knew it as an alternative to sold Meth/ water mixing. A guy tried to cal me an idiot and say that windshield washer fluid will clog your injectors, HOW?. But hey great set-up I hope my aquamist can be a clean.

hey bro I gotta say, I'm proud of the installation! It look's Tit's. Between the mystery box and the cool dash light idea it turned out Awesome! Good work. That head/mani combo looks great too. I think you just bought yourself guaranteed 12's between the head/mani/slick's bro. Can't wait to see how she performs when you get the new turbo. Just one Q though.... ¿Where's the VTEC rockers? (Post up some cylinder chamber shots too!)

We have a lot of methanol at where i work, we sell it to companies for washer fluid all we do it take industrial methanol and dye it blue, on friday guys that run the local dirt track circuit come in and grab methanol for the weekend, of course it's only used for industrial purposes
