Re: BRAND NEW
THe plan was a newer "suposedly better" 2.8l rwd block, with a fwd 3.1l crank, pistons, rods, flyweel and heads. I know that the 2.8's were never a great engine but for as many miles as this thing will get a fresh one would be just fine. I could start with a camaro v6 but Keep in mind this thing needs to be built on a tight budget

Re: BRAND NEW
What do they do about oil and gas in that thing? Do an oil change on a car that doesn't run or just leave 20 year old oil in it? What about gas too? I was never a big fan of those things anyways. It's like a high class redneck's ferrari. Atleast when you picked up chicks you could get the better ones with all their teeth. :P Drive the usual 82-92 f bodies camaro/firebirds and you just get your sister or your cousin...which are usually the same thing anyways. :P

Re: BRAND NEW
They do make an aluminum block. But I got confused. And it will work in a RWD setup... He is putting that motor into an MGB-GT rwd on some big ------ tires. I'll ask Curtis for some info when he gets online, but it does work
